Class Programs: SFC Jiu-Jitsu
Juniors Class (Ages 4-6)
Our youngest students build their foundation through fun, high-energy games that teach essential jiu-jitsu movement and Christian character. By creating a positive relationship to jiu-jitsu, the students enjoy coming to practice!
What they'll Learn:
- Simple, playful techniques (mount, back control, escapes)
- Focus, coordination, and confidence
- Movement-based games like Crazy Horse and Spider Kid
Kids Class (Grades 1-8)
We use concept-based teaching to increase the efficiency of learning jiu-jitsu. Older students develop deeper skills through structured technique, drills, and live movement -- all within a Christ-centered learning environment.
What They'll Learn:
- Positional control, escapes, transitions, and submissions
- Leadership, responsibility, and peer interaction
- Real self-defense, confidence, and discipline
