A Christ-centered program that teaches real jiu-jitsu self-defense, fitness, and character--built for youth groups around Houston!

Real self-defense: (jiu-jitsu) mount escapes, takedown defense, safe standing posture, verbal boundaries.
Fitness & coordination: balance, agility, core strength, carry patterns, jump mechanics.
Character & faith: short devotionals—discipline, respect, leadership, courage.

Age-specific classes (4-6) & (7-13)
Small groups (10-20 per class)
